Paneer Kabobs
This colourful recipe serves as an excellent snack satisfying that evening cravings for a spicy hot something and those burnt edges around the veggies hmm yummy ..hope u guys enjoy it as much as we did.


all u need:
paneer - 200gms
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
mushroom - 200gms
1 onion
6 cherry tomatoes
MDH chicken curry masala powder /any good masala of ur taste
salt
1 tsp finely chopped ginger & garlic
2 tbsp oil
all u need to do is:
Mix oil,ginger garlic,masala powder and salt
Marinate the diced veggies in this mixture for 15 min
Preheat the oven to 475 F
Insert the veggies in the skewers and toast for about 10 -12 min
tip..If you're using wooden skewers soak them in water for 1/2 hr before using.
And one more thing this is a promising recipe to get ur sweethearts into the kitchen...it worked out for me well ..:-)
